Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and DYNAMIS SELLERS PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U46410KA2025PTC198325), the company behind Pawsome Family (“we”, “us”). By using the Pawsome Family website, web app or Chrome extension (the “service”), you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

1. The service

Pawsome Family turns photos of your dog or cat into a small animated cartoon of your pet (your “pet”) that appears along the bottom of your tabs in Google Chrome through our extension.

2. Your account

You can try the service without an account. To keep a pet, you sign in with Google or an email link. You’re responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Photos you upload

• Only upload photos of your own pet, or photos you have the right to use.
• Don’t upload photos of people, or anything unlawful, hateful or sexual. We reject and delete photos that don’t show a dog or cat.
• You keep ownership of your photos. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to make, improve and show your pet to you, as described in our privacy policy.

4. Your pet

The cartoon is generated from our own drawing templates and the photos you provide. You may use your pet for personal, non-commercial purposes. The templates, software, animations and brand remain ours.

5. Free trial

Each account gets one free trial of 30 days, covering one pet. It starts when you first connect the Pawsome Family extension to your account. No payment details are needed for the trial.

6. Plan, billing and taxes

After the trial, a paid plan keeps your pets walking. The plan costs $95.88 a year (about $7.99 a month), billed once a year with taxes included, and covers up to 5 pets. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Plans renew automatically each year until you cancel.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time from your account or the link in your Paddle receipt. Your plan keeps working until the end of the paid year. We give a full refund within 14 days of any yearly charge, as described in our refund policy.

8. Without a plan

If your trial ends or your plan lapses, your pet stays on your account and naps in one corner of your tabs. Some features, such as refreshing your pet from photos, need an active trial or plan.

9. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no automated or bulk uploads, no attempts to get around usage limits, no reverse engineering, and no interference with the service or other people’s use of it. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.

10. Changes and availability

We work to keep the service available, but it may sometimes be unavailable. We may change or improve features. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we’ll tell you in advance and you can cancel for a pro-rata refund.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. Generated pets are cartoon interpretations and may not match your pet exactly. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.
