Privacy policy

We keep as little as possible, for as short as possible. This policy explains what DYNAMIS SELLERS PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U46410KA2025PTC198325) collects through Pawsome Family and why.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and sign-in method (Google or email link).
- Pet photos and your pet’s name: to make your pet.
- Your generated pet: the animation files and the description we built them from.
- Product events: for example, that a preview was shown or the extension was installed, with an anonymous install id. IP address and city tracking are turned off.
- Billing status: whether your plan is active. Paddle handles payments; we never see your card details.
What we don’t collect
The extension only draws your pet. It never reads, records or sends the pages you visit, their addresses or their content.
How we use it
- To make, improve and show your pet.
- To run your account, trial and plan, and to send emails you’d expect: trial reminders, and a few tips when you start. Every tips email has a link to stop them.
- To understand how people use Pawsome Family and to prevent abuse.
We crop photos to your pet before sending them to our image analysis provider, and we use providers that don’t train on your data. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Google Firebase Authentication (sign-in)
- Amazon Web Services (storage, processing and email)
- Our image analysis provider (pet photo descriptions)
- Paddle (payments, as Merchant of Record)
- Amplitude (product analytics)
Cookies
- Signed-in marker: when you sign in, we set a small cookie on pawsome.family so this website can show “Open my pets”. It only says that you’re signed in and holds nothing about you.
- Analytics: Amplitude sets a cookie with an anonymous id, shared between this website and the app, so we can see which steps people finish.
We don’t use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
- Photos that don’t show a pet: deleted immediately.
- Photos and pets you tried but didn’t keep: deleted after 7 days.
- Photos of pets you keep: while your account exists, so we can refresh your pet. You can delete them any time and keep your pet.
- Your account and pets: until you delete them. We remove everything within 30 days of account deletion, except billing records Paddle must keep by law.
Your choices and rights
You can delete photos, pets or your whole account in the app, or email us to access, correct or delete your data. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act or the GDPR.
Age
Pawsome Family accounts are for people aged 18 and over.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll tell you by email or in the app.
