We want you to be happy with your pet. If you’re not, we’ll make it right.

Full refund within 14 days

You can get a full refund within 14 days of any yearly charge, including renewals. No questions asked.

After 14 days

We don’t give partial refunds after 14 days. If you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the year you paid for, and then your pet naps in the corner of your tabs.

How to ask for a refund

• Email us at support@pawsome.family with the email address on your account, or
• Use the link in the receipt Paddle sent you.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, to the payment method you used. How long the money takes to arrive depends on your bank.

Free trial

The 30-day free trial doesn’t need a card, so there’s nothing to refund if you stop during the trial.
